Employee of the Month - Amanda Pogrell

<p><p><strong>Playboy:</strong> You've told us you're a new-business manager for a financial firm. What does that mean?</p><p><strong>Amanda:</strong> I process all the new large-$3 million or higher-life insurance cases for my company. It's a lot of back-and-forth between clients and insurance companies and medical underwriters. I examine more than 50 cases a day.</p><p><strong>Playboy:</strong> You must really whip through them. If we were to have a business meeting with you, we'd try to prolong it.</p><p><strong>Amanda:</strong> That happens from time to time. When I dress for work, I try to hide some parts more than I normally would, but I don't cover up that much. Obviously, I'm not wearing a bikini top, but I think they seat me out front for a reason.</p><p><strong>Playboy:</strong> Which part of you receives the most compliments?</p><p><strong>Amanda:</strong> At work I'd say my eyes. Altogether I normally hear either "Your eyes are gorgeous" or "You have a great ass."</p><p><strong>Playboy:</strong> So if we were to approach you, that would work?</p><p><strong>Amanda:</strong> Sure, but I'm not often approached. I've been told I have that "bitchy" look.</p><p><strong>Playboy:</strong> We disagree with that characterization.</p><p><strong>Amanda:</strong> Me too. Once people get to know me they say I'm really nice and actually goofy. I'm not a stuck-up princess. I used to be a wild one, partying like crazy every weekend-but now it's more like every other weekend.</p><br></p>

Pop Culture - Christa Hastie




Description:
Of the many prerequisites, written or otherwise, for being a contestant on the hit CBS reality show Survivor, not being squeamish must be at or near the top of the list. Christa Hastie knows this full well, having eaten fish eyeballs among other things during her stint on the show's seventh season (she finished in sixth place). You can't be shy about being scantily clad either, and while Christa stopped short of pulling a Richard Hatch and getting totally naked ("I was engaged at the time and didn't want to shock my fiancée's family," she says) she was happy to disrobe for Playboy now that she's married and "all cozy" with her in-laws. Currently a special events planner in Los Angeles, Christa helped stage the Survivor 10-year reunion at CBS Television City. "Keeping up with 290 people with ADD is a tough job, but someone has to do it!"

Coed of the Week - March 2006: Katerina Kovac

1. What part of a guy do you study first?

I always focus on a guy's looks and his teeth. I really hate bad teeth and can't kiss anyone with a dirty mouth.

2. What's the party scene like at your school?

Washington State is pretty small and it's in the middle of nowhere, so you get to know everybody really quickly. Everyone hangs out there before and after football games.

Washington State also has a well-earned reputation as a party school. Every weekend is a blast!

3. What are some of your favorite things?

I love going out to dinner, especially for sushi. I also go out dancing at clubs near campus all the time. I love getting dressed up in sexy clothes and meeting new people.

Final Exam: What is your special talent?

I'm really good with people. All my friends consider me a people person.

1. What part of a guy do you study first?
I always study a guy's smile. A man has to have nice teeth to be kissable. Personal hygiene and a good build are both important, but teeth are non-negotiable. I don't want to stare at bad teeth.

2. What's the party scene like at your school?
Daytona's party scene revolves around the beach. It's a great place to relax. We also have Bike Week and Biketoberfest, an incredible, untamed party with about 500,000 bikers. There are plenty of bands and Harleys. This is my favorite event because I ride a Softail® Harley. Spring break is also huge. I don't think I need to explain how insane that is!

3. What are some of your favorite things?
I love to take my three dogs to the beach. I also love going to rock concerts and the feeling of riding my Harley in the perfect Florida weather. And of course, what is better then spending time with your best friend and laughing your ass off?

Final Exam: What is your special talent?
I'm sure you can use your imagination!
